JEX was proud to be instructed as part of a wider build team and refurbishment project to deliver climate control solutions to nominated operational zones of this soon to be open nursery.

JEX was contracted to complete the initial survey, design, installation and ongoing maintenance of a 3 zone AC split system, alongside installation, first fix and preliminary infrastructure for future AC installations across childcare zones and staff facilities across the premises.

The project involved liaising with multiple specialists trades to organise access schedules and timeframes, whilst being able to deliver a system suitable for the intended use in designated mounting positions, utilising refrigerant line management, condensate solution and operational optimisation for the nominated zone. We were very glad to hear that the trades remaining on site during completion were benefitting from the installations during a hot handover period!
