JEX Climate understands the inconvenience caused by a faulty or broken climate control and air conditioning system in any environment.
There are a number of signals or signs that can indicate a system is in need of repair or if a broken down system is capable of being re-instated.
Our engineers have over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, allowing us to diagnose and repair an array of faults, in an efficient and timely manner, minimising down time and disruption caused by a faulty climate control or air conditioning system.
Signs of a Faulty System
System not delivering required temperature
Noises and/or vibrations coming from system
Electrical faults and error codes displayed on internal units
Faulty controls from remote or thermostat controller
Freezing and ice build up on indoor units
Leaks detected from units
Odours being detected from internal unit
Not turning on or responding to instructions
Our Repairs Process

Initial Diagnostic
Our engineer will attend your premises to carry out an initial diagnostic of the fault and potential causes and remedies.

Costing
If the repair is more involved or requires replacement parts or materials, this will be outlined in a repair quotation for your approval.

Completed
If a repair is possible on the intial visit, this will be completed subject to your approval. If you have received a quote for repair, our engineer will attend at a convenient time to complete the repair as per the quote.
