The forever home, was part of a full refurbishment project including loft and rear extensions of an existing property for this client in Upminster, Essex. This family of 5 spared no expense in filling this home with luxurious furnishings, interior design pieces and personal touches.

JEX Climate was contracted to design, install and provide ongoing maintenance for 5 internal zones supplied from 2 external units to an array of rooms including bedrooms, offices and a home gym!

The client opted for a Mitsubishi electric multi split system to maximise the space available externally, and still get perfect climate control across 3 floors. This project involved collaborating with a wider build team, so the customer benefit from concealed pipe containment in all areas and gravity drainage!

Our engineers completed all commissioning and certification including a dedicated client handover on site to walk the family through the functions and benefits of their chosen AC system.
