This installation required a short, quick turn around project for a care home to vulnerable residents in Barking, east London. The client was facing operational issues during summer heatwaves which resulted in vital premises equipment malfunctioning meaning some residents were unable to access parts of the building and creating increased physical workload for the staff.

JEX Climate was contracted to survey, design, install and carry out ongoing maintenance for a single split system in the 3rd floor lift plant room - a complete turn around in 6 working days!

As a result, the facilities management team, staff and residents now have regained full access to all building amenities across all floors with senior management now benefitting from peace of mind that their vital infrastructure operates in a climate controlled environment prolonging the equipment lifespan and reliability.
