The dentist surgery was expanding its client offering and practice, and had gone through a major refurbishment to add another treatment room in the basement of the existing premises, including new preparation facilities and relocating the staff room.

Due to the nature of the business and the requirements for controlled temperature environments, JEX Climate and our engineers were contracted to install a single split AC system to the new treatment room in the basement. As this particular installation presented an obstructed pipework route, the biggest challenge was to adequately install a suitable condensate route, utilising purpose AC pumps to achieve a completed installation ready for the first patient!
